Personal Statement:

Hi, I’m Sarah! I am a strength-based and trauma-informed counselor specializing in serving children, adolescents, and families. I am a full-time elementary school counselor and have worked in a variety of school settings with students aged five through eighteen. I offer clinical counseling hours during evenings and weekends so that children and adolescents seeking therapy outside of school hours can access such support.

I strive to create a warm and inviting space during my sessions, and I invite you to come exactly as you are. I use play therapy techniques as well as a variety of counseling theories such as cognitive behavioral therapy, psychoanalytic techniques, and solution-focused techniques to help you solve problems, better understand yourself, and become more empowered. Together, we can work through concerns such as anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, grief, and interpersonal conflicts.

I look forward to meeting you and to being a part of your journey.
