- My best work is with individuals who are searching for their own voice, who feel lost or surrounded by others who are quick to point out faults. I can help you safely and gently peel away the emotional residue of judgment, whether it comes from others or yourself. The overwhelming sense of powerlessness can give way to a more creative, productive and grounded life. Self-empowerment is just one benefit to living without the roadblocks of emotional pain. Together, we can discover many more by building on your natural gifts so that it feels right for you and the flow of change is genuine.Those who are overburdened with the parenting process often rely on my background in child development. Sessions can involve translating the behavior of children, learning realistic developmental expectations and understanding the brain function of childhood disorders. Attention to self-care is always a focus, as well as the development of a support system.
