LCSW, LICENSED CLINICAL SOCIAL WORKER AND PSYCHOTHERAPIST

Personal Statement:

Each of us was created for a purpose in this life. Nonetheless, there are many difficulties and challenges in our day-to-day life. These difficulties can feel like insurmountable obstacles to living out our purpose. My goal as a psychotherapist is to be present, witness and to hold hope while you journey towards healing. It is both my pleasure and purpose to help those who are seeking healing of mind and soul. What you can expect in a therapeutic experience with me is candor with compassion, patience, and empathy. My practice focus is on couples and family dynamics and their influence on individuals.

I have spent more than 20 years providing resources and support to children and families with a variety of cultural backgrounds, family dynamics, and relational dispositions. My experience with blended families and relatives caring for their family members’ children informs the framework of my therapeutic practice. Through a variety of therapeutic modalities, we will explore how your thoughts and emotions impact your life and move towards experiencing life with hope and expectation. It is important that you know you are in control of this process. And I offer my non-judgmental presence and support on your journey.
