If you are already a patient in our practice, we have a fully secure, HIPAA-compliant Patient Portal. You may use it to access documents and questionnaires, view your upcoming appointments, view your statement (if you have arranged for online billing) and contact your assigned provider for a routine matter, such as a medication refill. Please do NOT use email for emergencies, as they may not be read for a day or two.
Please put in the subject line of your email the nature of your request, for example “Refill Request.” Please include the name and date of birth of the patient (if not yourself), and the name of the medication and dosage, if you are requesting a refill.
Your provider may also use the portal to contact you, for example if he or she needs to change an appointment, or to send you lab results, etc. These emails are fully secure, as only you can access them, using your Patient Portal password. If your provider contacts you this way, you will receive a regular email alerting you that there is a new message in your Patient Portal.
To access the portal you need a user name and password. If you don’t already have this information, you may obtain it by calling our office at 610-626-8085 xx 1001 for the receptionist. Leave a message with your name and phone number, and state, “I would like to get a user name and password for the Patient Portal.” You will be contacted with a user name and a temporary password, which you will change the first time you use the application.
