Ms. Mallory Mizvitowicz
Personal Statement:
Mallory Mizvitowicz, MSN, APRN, PHMNP-BC is a psychiatric nurse practitioner licensed in Pennsylvania. Mallory is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center to work with patients across the lifespan.
Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner Mallory worked as an in-patient psychiatric nurse for eight years at various facilities in the greater Philadelphia area. She earned her BSN from La Salle University in 2016, and her MSN in 2023, also from La Salle. She also currently works as adjunct faculty at the La Salle University school of nursing. Prior to her nursing career, Mallory earned a BA from Temple University in American Studies in 2008, and an MS from Chestnut Hill College in Human Services Administration in 2011.
Mallory completed her clinical training for her MSN at Psych Choices and is very excited to rejoin the team as a provider. She has worked with patients representing a wide range of ages and diagnoses in both the inpatient and outpatient settings, and looks forward to sharing her clinical knowledge and experience with her patients.
