Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. My approach to therapy is grounded in creating a safe yet challenging and supportive space where you can feel truly heard. Every person’s journey is unique, and I’m here to meet you where you are, offering personalized care that honors your individual needs, experiences, and goals.
I view therapy as a collaborative process. By working together, we can explore patterns in your life, discover new coping skills, and build the resilience you need to thrive. My focus is always on your well-being, and I am committed to creating a warm, non-judgmental environment where you can explore and heal at your own pace. My training has led me to adopt an eclectic therapeutic style, adopting a variety of approaches, including person-centered, Adlerian, Existentialism, CBT, and Gestalt.
As I work on receiving licensure as an Art Therapist and Professional Counselor, I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of individuals and groups facing challenges like trauma, anxiety, depression, and eating disorders, to name a few. Whether through art, talk therapy, or a combination of both, my goal is to empower you to reconnect with your authentic self, overcome obstacles, and navigate the path toward healing and growth.
When I’m not in the office, I enjoy spending time with friends, creating art, listening to mystery podcasts, and working on my green thumb.
If you’re ready to take the next step in your journey, I’d love to work with you. Please reach out if you have any questions or would like to schedule a session.
