If you are scheduled for a telehealth appointment, please find your provider’s name below. The link provided is how you will attend the visit for your individual provider. (Therapists using Zoom will send you an e-mail with a unique appointment link before the start of your visit)

If you are signing in more than 10 minutes past your appointment start time, your provider may need to reschedule your appointment due to insufficient remaining time to complete your session.
