Many insurance companies will be ending their liberal coverage of telehealth due to the pandemic as of 6/30/2021.
Please contact your insurance company before 6/30/2021, using the member services number on your insurance card, and request to know:
“When does my telehealth coverage end for mental health visits?”
You should report this information to your provider and/or the practice as soon as possible.
Any visits you have after your insurance discontinues telehealth coverage will be charged at our reduced out of pocket rate as a courtesy, but will need to be paid before further visits can be scheduled.
To avoid any potential interruption of your mental health care, please check your coverage today.
