 is our slogan where we promote taking ownership of one’s own happiness. As a self-care driven practice we believe in work-life balance, which motivates our providers to truly focus on patient care instead of simply meeting a numerical quota.

“Ending the Stigma”

is a social movement that Psych Choices stands behind and maintains that mental health services should be viewed no differently than physical health check-ups. Evidence shows that often undiagnosed or untreated mental health disorders has led to poor physical health habits and high susceptibility to medical sickness. The concept is if we take care of our minds, we will also take care of our bodies.

“Holistic Approaches”

speaks to our belief in not solely relying on adjustment to brain chemistry. Even when medication is involved our providers are spending more time with patients than the traditional psychiatry model. Our holistic methods can include  a combination  of approaches  such as pastoral counseling, mind/body techniques, EMDR etc.

At Psych Choices, we offer an array of options in the hopes of supporting the community with access to non-commercialized mental health services.

We accept most health insurance plans and are a preferred provider. For those without insurance that we can accept, we offer a sliding fee scale as well as low-cost therapy alternatives.

Welcome Our New Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Mallory Mizvitowicz, MSN, APRN, PHMNP-BC, is a licensed psychiatric nurse practitioner in Pennsylvania. With eight years of experience as an in-patient psychiatric nurse, she earned her BSN and MSN from La Salle University and currently serves as adjunct faculty there. Mallory is able to provide medication services for individuals aged 8 and up. She is excited to join the team and share her extensive clinical knowledge!
